1. Provider and scope
These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of Mein Verzeichnis and to paid Premium services ordered through this website by consumers or businesses. The provider is Demo, Musterstraße 1, 12340 Musterstadt, DE, email kontakt-1@example.invalid.
2. Free listings and user accounts
Where functions are provided free of charge, there is no entitlement to permanent publication or to an unchanged range of functions. Listings must be lawful, factually accurate and comply with the published content rules. Unlawful, misleading or abusive content may be rejected, suspended or removed.
3. Premium services
Premium services are one-time, time-limited additional services for a selected listing. The scope of service, total price and term are displayed before the order is placed. There is no automatic paid renewal. An extension requires a new order.
4. Formation of the contract and payment
The presentation of Premium plans does not constitute a binding offer. By selecting the button “Place order with obligation to pay”, you submit a binding offer to conclude the Premium contract shown. Payment is processed through Stripe Checkout. The contract is concluded no later than when we electronically confirm successful payment or acceptance. The contract information and the legal texts applicable at the time of the order are provided to you on a durable medium.
5. Start and term of the service
If, as a consumer, you expressly request that the Premium service begin before the end of the withdrawal period, activation may take place earlier after confirmed payment and administrative review. By making this request, you also confirm that you understand that your right of withdrawal expires once the provider has fully performed the contract. If you do not make such an express request, activation takes place no earlier than after the 14-day withdrawal period has expired. Technical or content-related checks required before activation remain permitted.
6. Right of withdrawal for consumers
Consumers have the statutory right of withdrawal. Details are set out in our withdrawal information. During the withdrawal period, the electronic “Withdraw from contract” function is also available. If you expressly requested performance before the withdrawal period expired, proportionate compensation may be payable for the part of the service already provided up to the time of withdrawal before full performance. Once the provider has fully performed the contract, the right of withdrawal expires if, before performance began, you expressly consented to early performance and confirmed your knowledge of this loss of the right of withdrawal.
7. Obligations of listing owners
You remain responsible for the content, images, links and information you publish and must hold all necessary rights. Access credentials must be protected against unauthorised access. Changes that are subject to moderation become public only after approval.
8. Availability and changes
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability at all times. Maintenance, security measures and technically necessary changes are permitted. Paid Premium services will not be materially devalued without an objective reason.
9. Liability
We have unlimited liability for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health and where liability is mandatory by law. In cases of slight negligence involving essential contractual obligations, liability is limited to the typical and foreseeable damage. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
10. Final provisions
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory consumer-protection provisions of the country in which a consumer has their habitual residence remain unaffected. For merchants, legal entities under public law or special funds under public law, the provider's registered location is the place of jurisdiction where legally permitted.
